Dutch design collective, Droog, has an NYC outlet that includes a gallery of designs that are available for purchase alongside their innovative interiors.
The Lucky Cat, a pinball machine where you can win nothing but good luck. As the balls interact with the cats, each one having its own chime, you become the conductor of the lucky cat orchestra.

– FUTURE PERFECT
The Future Perfect was born from the desire to showcase the newest and best in decorative arts and design.
An eclectic Brooklyn favorite with larger light fixtures, bookcases and shelving as well as funky throw pillows and accessories.
I would like to highlight Agnes chandelier. An elegant design,featuring a modular anodized aluminum structure which can be assembled in configurations starting from a small, 10 light chandelier to a 40 light chandelier or even larger sizes.

– BoConcept
BoConcept has locations across the city, but I love the SOHO store the most. Known for its clean design and budget friendly prices (more than Ikea but still not super expensive), BoConcept is the place to find furniture that is guaranteed to last without astronomic prices.
This Kuta floor lamp really blows my mind.

If you are trying to buy more local don’t skimp on your furniture. VOOS in Brooklyn is one of the most concentrated collections of furniture by New York City designers. A lot of it tends to be more abstract and sculptural; you can definitely find something original and unique. A place that you need to visit as soon as possible, since I assume you love design!

A NYC favorite for design junkies, Moss is the place to go for breakthrough and unique interiors. A little high the pricey side, you will not be disappointed by the designer selection and variety.

– MoMA Design Store
The list wasn’t finished without including the Museum of Modern Art Design Store. The absolute best place for gifts–whether it be home accessories, jewelry or books–the MoMA store has an incredible selection.
