Presenting The Design Guide For Pad Genève 2019 – PAD Genève is Geneva’s first design art fair devoted exclusively to modern and contemporary furniture and the decorative arts. This show started today at the Palexpo, Geneva. For that reason, Best Design Events decided to present you the design guide for this amazing fair. Take a look:
THE FAIR
PAD Genève is Geneva’s first design art fair devoted exclusively to modern and contemporary furniture and the decorative arts. In February 2018, 27 of the world’s top design galleries were invited to participate in the inaugural fair housed at the Palexpo, joining the already existing contemporary art fair artgenève. Each gallery specializes in a specific time period, style or collection of individual designers.
This new type of fair allows collectors, designers, and the general public to gain an overview of the finest collections of carefully curated 20th and 21st–century design, by the world’s foremost galleries and specialists. The interest in design market continues to grow alongside modern and contemporary art, this inspiring the artgenève and PAD Genève partnership in 2018 and continuing today. Each fair, complementing the other, coming together to beautifully combine both the fine and decorative arts under one roof.
Last year, PAD Genève attracted over 20,000 collectors and design enthusiasts over 5 days. For its second edition, PAD Genève 2019 returns to the Palexpo alongside artgenève with an increased number of exhibitors further highlighting the symbiotic relationship between contemporary art and design. Don’t miss out on this amazing event at the Palexpo.

Il Lago, the main restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Des Bergues, is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Subtlety is not part of this Michelin-starred restaurant’s repertoire.
