Best of Contemporary Furniture Fair – FIAC: The contemporary art fair (FIAC) took place in Paris in October this year from 24 to 27 people were able to see the best of art nowadays.
Bringing together a high-profile mix of contemporary art collectors, museum curators and international dealers, the Parisian art fair hosted works by Highsnobiety regulars like KAWS, Damien Hirst and Takashi Murakami, alongside other acclaimed artists such as Yue Minjun.

This year’s tagline, “The First Forty Years,” alludes to the fair’s 40th edition which took place in the Grand Palais among other venues in the French capital. 184 exhibitors from 25 countries participated on the fair last year.

In 1974. FIAC returned to the centre of Paris in 2005, at the Grand Palais, the Jardin des Tuileries and the Jardin des Plantes.

FIAC’s Outdoor Projects programme presents a selection of monumental sculptures and contemporary art installations in the heart of the Jardin des Tuileries, in collaboration with the Louvre Museum, at the Jardin des Plantes, in collaboration with the National Museum of natural History, Place Vendôme in collaboration with the Comité Vendôme and its members and the Berges de Seine in collaboration with the city of Paris.
